Return Policy

Please read our Return Policy carefully before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in new, resalable condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• Have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Fresh Shoes before being returned.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping,

• Defective due to a manufacturing issue, or

• Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Freshshoes3@gmail.com.

After we verify the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue either:

• A full refund (including the original shipping charge), or

• A replacement, when available.

Returns for Customer Preference

If you wish to return an item because:

• You ordered the wrong size,

• You changed your mind,

• You no longer need the item, or

• You prefer a different color or style,

the following conditions apply:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price of the product will be issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Footwear

Because footwear may show signs of wear after being tried on, all shoes and boots must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition, including the original box and packaging.

Footwear that shows signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or worn products.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse.

• Products missing original parts or packaging.

• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact us at Freshshoes3@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
