HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE NUMBER?

The dimensions in the drop-down list are recommended for regular shoes. There are many types of footwear, and each manufacturer has its own measures.

We cannot guarantee the trees are suitable for all shoes. We strongly recommend to check the size chart in the last picture for a more accurate selection.

Suggestions for circumstances:

• Shoes with narrow toe box and the trees cannot be fully inserted into the shoes - choose a smaller half size, (ie. Derby Shoes)
• Shoes are too tight and you want to stretch - choose half size larger than the shoes size (ie. For shoes size 8, choose [09#EU42 / UK8-8.5] instead of [08#EU41 / UK7.5-8]).

WHAT IS THE WHITE FUZZ ON THE SHOE TREE?

Some of the shoe trees may have few white fuzzes. If you received one with white fuzz, please do not be panic. That is not mould, but natural cedar sap oozed out from the wood and get crystalized.

It is a common phenomenon for fresh raw cedar woods when temperature increased dramatically. Please simply swipe it off with soft brush or cloth.

WHAT IS THE SMELL OF THE TREES?

This shoe tree is made of natural solid cedar wood without varnish or lacquer. The smell is natural cedar wood scent which has the effect of deodorization.

Cedar wood also absorbs moisture to some extent.
