We have taken our original running shoe and added a layer of memory foam for extra cushioning and comfort. Extra cushion means you will need plenty of room in your shoes. If your shoes are already tight without an insole, these inserts may not fit! Insole thickness is 7mm at the toe and 10mm at the heel.
