RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30 day return policy. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition for resale. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. The only exception to the 30-day policy is if product problems are determined to be the result of a manufacturer defect and are reported up to 30 days after purchase.

1- 100% of the purchase + shipping cost is refunded and we will send a return label, only and only if you receive the wrong product or it is damaged, if so, please inform us and we will refund 100% of your purchase + shipping cost shipping and we will send a return label. (NO SHOE EXCHANGES ARE MADE, except if the footwear has a manufacturing defect, incorrect sizes have been sent, or a different model has been sent.)

DAMAGED GOODS: MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.

Used items cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged item, please do not return it immediately. Please email us for help at Freshshoes3@gmail.com as soon as possible. Any defective items received must be reported within 30 days, they must have our authorization. This way we will send you a return label.

2-If for any reason you request a return for the following reasons:

You ordered the wrong size,
You don't need it anymore,
It is not the color you expected or for some other reason beyond the control of the store. Returns will only be accepted with an 80% refund. If it is shoes, only 70% is refunded.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the product is used or for any of the above reasons.

Return instructions:

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of receiving the product. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or the product is not returned immediately, no refund and/or exchange of any kind will be offered.

- The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
- We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons beyond our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be returned to the buyer and there will be no refund.
