Fresh's Shoe has a 30-day Return Policy which may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition for resale. . No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. The only exception to the 30-day policy is if Fresh's Shoe Solutions determines product issues are a result of a manufacturer defect and are reported up to one year from date of purchase.
If you receive an item damaged, do not return it. Please e-mail us for assistance at freshshoes3@gmail.com as soon as possible. Any defective items received must be reported within 30 days.
Special or custom orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.
If any item from your order was drop-shipped from another vendor, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Factory Return Policies will apply.
For your protection, we recommend you use an insured courier with an available tracking method for returning packages to us. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns (outgoing & incoming).
Please do not ship returns to our P.O. Box.
Please do not refuse your order. You will be charged for the return shipping cost, as well as the original freight amount on the invoice if this happens. Firefly Store Solutions gets billed for this and cannot absorb this cost for you.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT (CARRIERS WILL NOT HONOR CLAIM AFTER 15 DAYS).

No changes or returns of footwear are made, except if the footwear has a manufacturing defect, incorrect sizes have been sent or a different model has been sent. If you no longer want the product, you do not need it, you made a mistake in the size, color, or model, only 50% of your purchase will be refunded.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of receiving the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
- The products must be returned in the same state in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete. Second-hand products must not show any additional damage or signs of use.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- We do not offer refund and/or exchange for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- They are exempt from return: Some health and personal care items.
Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not reimburse you for the shipping costs or any other services related to your order; We will only refund the amount of the product. If you use a postage-paid return label, we will deduct shipping costs from the total refund amount.
All of the above applies, also if you want to make a return of footwear because you ordered the wrong size, you no longer need it, it is not the color you expected or for some other reason, only 70% of your payment will be refunded and it will not be reimburse shipping. Money is not refunded if the shoe is used. (THIS APPLIES ONLY TO SHOES, BOOTS AND WORK BOOTS) SHOE CHANGES ARE NOT MADE.
